Today in LS2 we were learning about coalitions and how they can change/affect the elections. A coalition is a alliance which is formed between political parties. In the NZ elections, Winston Peters who is the NZ First party leader basically decides whether Labour or National win the election. So if he decides to team up with Labour, they will have enough seats to rule the government and vice versa for National.

Current Events
Tiava and I did the Current Events together we were learning about Ivory and about china banning Ivory . We had to read 5 articles and answer the % W's and How. Then we had to write our opinions. I said I think they should stop killing elephants because they are becoming endangered.
