Tech Reflection - Art

Today for tech, I was working on transferring my designed onto a piece of paper. Today I just finished coloring my designed on a piece of paper, now i'm transferring it onto a piece of wood. After I finish my transferring my next step is to color the piece of wood. I enjoyed transferring my art onto the piece of wood because it challenged me.

Tech - Pewter Casting

Today for Pewter casting most of us finished our sanding and on to polishing it. Before we start working on our design Mr Grundy told us to make sure we fill our work sheet out, because most of us haven't filed our work sheet out. The thing I enjoyed about Tech today, was seeing everyone focus. 

Tech - Reflection

This week for Tech I finished filling out my sheet. The designed I chose was a king chess piece. I chose this design because I enjoy playing strategy games. I enjoyed today because I got to use a scroll saw. We used a scroll saw because we had to cut our design. I would like to thank Mr Grundy for helping me cut out my design. Today I learnt that good things take time.

Tech - Pewter Casting

This week for tech our group had to fill in a form before we started our designs. We had to chose four people, then put a image of their favorite things using silhouette. For four people we had to chose 4 things so all together is was 16. I felt it challenge because it got me thinking of what their favorite things were. I would like to thank Mr Grundy because I had a great day.   

Graphics - Reflection

Today for Graphics we drew our design onto a paper. The design I chose was a dragon, I tried tracing it onto paper but it didn't work for me so I drew it piece by piece. I would like to thank Ms Ferguson for her hard work.     

Tech - Reflection

Term 2: Hard Materials
For Hard Materials we learnt how to make wood crafts. The wood craft I chose to make was a helicopter. I really enjoyed making the helicopter because it was a challenge for me. I would like to thank to Mr Grundy.

Term 2: Food Tech
At food tech we learnt how to cook and also how to use the cooking tools. I really enjoyed it because we got to make tasty food. I would like to thank Mrs Heka.



Term 3: Art
At art tech it was really fun because we did drawing and I learnt how to carve. I would like to thank Mrs Telefoni.




I really enjoyed going to tech this year because it was my first time and I really enjoyed learning and making new things.

Art-Tech

Today we had tech this is my finished work. First we thing we did was drawing our patterns on a paper, the second step was to transfer it onto a piece of wood. The third step was to carve out the lightest colour. Once we finished we had to paint it, my first colour was yellow, then we had to carve out the second lightest colour, then I paint red, then I carve out all of my other colour then paint green.       

Tech: Art

This week for Tech we had Art it was fun because we had to search for patterns about our personal identity it was hard at first but I got the hang of it. I draw Thailand flag on the top left and a pattern on the bottom left and I draw Goku on the bottom right. When I draw Goku it was hard because the paper was small and I had to divide it into five pieces. It was fun drawing Goku because it was challenge.

My Tech Helicopter.

Today for tech I did the wing for the helicopter the only thing I need to do is put them together the wings and the body for the helicopter. I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes it was really long and boring but I did a little of writing I was writing about why I chose the helicopter and who it's for. I made it for my self because it's my  favourite subject, it's my favourite subject because I saw one from a hospital I was at the hospital because I was visiting my mother she was sick. 

Hard Materials - Week 10

Today for hard materials I'm up to gluing my parts together for my helicopter.

I was having a race with my friend Freeman to see who can finish first. I only have one more part to glue on, which is the top wings of the helicopter, then I will be finished.  

Wood Work

Today for wood work I nearly finished my helicopter all I need to do is pot's the parts together.

Technology, Wood Work

On Friday we have tech the group I'm in in is Mr Grundy Workshop .

My subject is helicopter and I'm up to the joint of the helicopter.
