I really enjoyed reading your post about the Golden Eagle. I had no idea that ate full grown deer and ground squirrels or that they could weight as much as 5.1 kilograms (kgs). That is huge. I love learning new things about the world!
If you are interested in learning more about the world, please consider joining our Summer Learning Journey programme this year. It's a free blogging programme for all Panmure Bridge students that includes 60 different activities. Each activity is worth points. I'll read all of your activity posts and add up your points. At the end of the summer I'll come to Panmure Bridge school to hand out prizes and certificates to the participants!
I hope that you'll consider joining the journey this year. To join, simply hop onto the Summer Learning Journey website https://sites.google.com/site/summerlearningjourney/welcome), click on the 'Weekly Activities' tab, choose an activity and post a blog about it.
Lots of PBS students are already participating. I hope that you'll join in! The programme runs until Friday 27 January.
Hey San Kyaw Those facts about the Golden Eagle are awesome! I never knew that it could eat a fully grown deer. They must be incredibly dangerous to hunt those. Keep up the great work! Daniel
