Today we had our first section of dance with Mrs Anderson. The first this we did was watch a video about warm up after we watch the video we did a little, warm up it was fun because it was challenge.
Warm up helps all kind of your body parts if you don't warm up before a sport game or other outdoor games you'll hurt your body parts. After that Mrs Anderson told us to get into pairs I chose Affonso After that me and Affonso had to had our own warm up our one was really hard because it was long and it hurt my muscles.
